Main duties of the job

Service Improvement Advisor Volunteer

To contribute to service improvement project planning

To contribute to service improvement project meetings

To participate in stakeholder engagement

To provide community perspective and insight into improvement plans

Kitchen Assistant Volunteer

Making drinks for visitors and meetings

Rinsing dishes and load dishwasher

Preparing tables and dining room for meal service

Meal delivery to wards

Stocking up supplies

Admin Support Volunteer

Greet visitors to the department / clinic in a polite and friendly manner

Responding to enquiries in a polite manner and ensuring an appropriate response is initiated.

Supporting staff in dealing with urgent referrals from professionals

Reception Duties

Answering telephones

Making drinks for visitors and meetings

Photocopying
