Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Admin Support Volunteer(s) to work within our Learning and Development team.

The purpose of the role is to support central administration functions and departments. You will be providing administrative support across the function and will provide extra support and contribute to day to day running of the department. These are Face to Face Role all expenses are covered.

Main duties of the job

The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:

Greet visitors and students to the learning and development department in a polite and friendly manner

Responding to enquiries in a polite manner and ensuring an appropriate response is initiated.

Reception Duties

Meeting and greeting all visitors, staff, students, delegates to the building

Maintaining an accurate live register of all movement in and out of the venue

Answering telephones and taking messages on behalf of the admin team

  • Making drinks for visitors and meetings
