Information Analyst/Report Developer

Job summary

Information Analyst/Report Developer for the Reporting Team in Health Informatics. This is a technical SSRS/PBI Report Development role and requires technical skills in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL, SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS), and Power Business Intelligence (PBI). The role will have responsibility for undertaking national submissions and providing reports/data extracts/queries for internal services.

The role involves SSRS/PBI report development, writing database queries, analysing/understanding user requests, providing data extracts, setting up report access, and ensuring Trust submissions are completed and any submission/data quality issues followed up.

Main duties of the job

Report development, undertaking Trust national submissions and providing data extracts/queries for internal services, producing Reportal reports for the Reporting Team. This role requires an understanding of the data warehouse (training on this will be available) in order to write database queries using SQL, granting report access, assisting the BI Report Development Manager and Business Analysts as needed, co-ordinating and submitting national submissions and following up data quality/validation issues.
