Job summary

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support and assistance and co-ordination to the Learning and Development department in a wide range of administrative duties.

Main duties of the job

Job Summary

To work as part of a team to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Learning & Development Service. Strong customer care skills are essential, along with a confident "can-do" attitude to ensure that we present a positive and professional image of our service to all stakeholders at all times.

The role will include general office duties such as dealing with telephone enquiries, supporting students, reception duties, confirming and taking bookings, recording information, data inputting and generating reports as required.
