Learning & Development Facilitator

Job summary

The post holder will be responsible for assisting Lead L&D Facilitators and colleagues with the development, implementation and sustainability of innovation across L&D services portfolio to positively impact upon patient care, staff well- being across RDaSH.

Main duties of the job

• Support team members and Lead L&D Facilitators to create, implement and evaluate facilitation, education and training activitiesacross the L&D portfolio enhancing the quality of trust wide learning environments including student placements.
• To offer direct and indirect support, coaching, supervision in thecontext of the L&D services portfolio to current and future workforce where relevant.
• To be 'floor walkers' and work alongside current and future workforce to ensure that every opportunity is provided to achieve actions and outcomes where possible.
• Lead and expand learning environment opportunities, as necessary,across a broad range of disciplines / professional areas in conjunctionwith the guidance from the Lead L&D Facilitators and in collaboration with key internal and external partners.
