Job summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic motivated Recruitment Assistant to join us and to provide an effective, professional and comprehensive recruitment service to East Sussex Healthcare Trust.
The successful post holder will join an already established team who are well recognised for their excellent work .
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer-service skills, the ability to work with a full range of professionals as part of the recruitment team.
Hours can either be worked over a 5 day or 4 day period with Wednesday as a non working day.
Main duties of the job
You should have excellent attention to detail. The post holder will also have up to date knowledge of relevant HR Systems such as ESR, TRAC and NHS Jobs, however training will be provided.
Some knowledge of NHS terminology would be advantageous.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
The successful candidate will need to have strong administration and organisational skills and be able to liaise with employees and managers at all levels.
