Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Clinical support worker to join the Gynae OPD nursing team.
Your main role and responsibilities will be chaperoning and support patients through their outpatient appointment. You will be responsible for the setting up and closing down of clinics, and will be involved in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness.
This post is for part time of 21 hours per week
Main duties of the job
You will experience a wide variety of clinics, from uro-gynae to fertility, colposcopy and hysteroscopy.
You will be assisting both Doctors and Nurse Practitioners in diagnostic, therapeutic and general clinics.
You will be an advocate for the patients and support them through a variety of investigations and procedures.
We will support and guide you and actively encourage learning and development within the job role.

- Care Certificate
