Job summary
We are inviting applications for a 12-month Locum Consultant Anaesthetist post at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, with a specialist interest in Day Surgery and Regional Anaesthesia. The post is based across our two acute hospital sites in Eastbourne, Hastings and the Sussex Surgical Centre, and includes participation in the general on-call rota.
The role offers opportunities to develop and deliver anaesthesia services for a wide range of surgical specialties, tailored to the individual's training, skills, and interests.
Main duties of the job
Our department provides comprehensive anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia, acute pain, and critical care services across both sites. We are a collaborative, motivated, and supportive team, committed to innovation, education, and high-quality patient care.
