In East Sussex our highly innovative Early Help 0-19 Service puts health visiting at the very heart of support for families with children from 0-5yrs across the county. Main duties of the job
Who are you?
You are a fully qualified Health Visitor with a BSc SCPHN degree. You may have just completed your training.
Crucially, you will be able to address sensitive issues with families in a clear and supportive way.
You can maintain good interpersonal relationships with colleagues, partners and families.
You enjoy providing preventative and educational support for families, new staff and students according to their needs.
Your work contributes directly to the Public Health Agenda in addressing the 6 high impact areas.
You share our values, demonstrate compassion and a desire to contribute the improvement and development of the service.
You will be a reflective and emotionally intelligent practitioner who understands the true value of supervision and support and acts as a professional role model at all times.
You are keen to continue developing your knowledge of safeguarding children, recognising concerns and how to escalate them appropriately.
