Job summary
This is a substantive appointment for Consultants in Intensive Care Medicine (ICM) at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. We are seeking to recruit passionate and dynamic consultant colleagues to join our supportive and innovative department, working across two thriving District General Hospitals in the county of East Sussex.
These appointments reflect a combination of planned replacements, following the retirement of colleagues, and an expansion of our critical care services, ensuring we meet the needs of our growing population. This is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact as we shape the future of intensive care within the Trust.
For candidates with a CCT in Anaesthesia, we are also pleased to offer tailored support for a CESR pathway in ICM, allowing you to expand your career in this vital specialty while working as a valued member of our team.
Main duties of the job
We welcome applications from candidates with Intensive Care Medicine as a sole specialty, as well as those dual or triple accredited in specialties such as anaesthetics, respiratory medicine, acute medicine, or emergency medicine.
