Job summary
The Practice Education Facilitator will promote the vision and Values of East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, leading by example and ensuring that they demonstrate those values in their leadership behaviours and how we support our team and deliver our services.
The Practice Education Facilitator will work with the Trust integrated education team to assess the quality of a range of clinical and other practice learning environments and determine the interventions sustain and enhance practice education.
Main duties of the job
The Practice Education Facilitator will coordinate and provide on site support, education input and developmental activities to staff, practice mentors/educators and learners.
The Practice Education Facilitator will develop, coordinate, evaluate and implement education programmes with providers.
The Practice Education Facilitator undertakes research and leads audits.
Line management responsibilities will be dependent upon role and specialist area of work.
