An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Health Visiting Admin team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Administrator who can lead, encourage and motivate the administration team.
The role is fast paced, requiring resilience, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be able to organise your own workload to meet the demands of a reactive and busy environment. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times and being a good communicator is also key.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will provide systems administration support by overseeing the Team Administration Duty rotas. Support offered will be face-to-face and virtual for clinical staff and team administrators, as directed by the Operational Support Officer, Business Support Manager, Locality Managers and or Senior Management Team.
The post holder will provide training and supervision support to the team administrators as directed by the Operational Support Officers.
You will assist with the set up, coordination and minuting of strategic meetings.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written skills, be able to use your initiative and have a "can do" positive attitude.
You will have a good level of IT literacy (including Excel) as you will be using multiple software packages, Knowledge of SystmOne is essential.
This role will keep you both challenged and busy as you work closely with colleagues to support the clinical team.

- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Support Services or equivalent experience
