Job summary
We are looking for two lead Digital Delivery Partners who will drive the Stakeholder relationships between the Trusts Operational / Clinical Divisions and Digital services. We are an integrated NHS provider working towards our aspiration of reaching HIMS Level 6. Having developed a Digital Multidisciplinary Team to enhance community digital innovation from our previous community Digital Aspirant programme, we are now enhancing this model and developing the practices of continual improvement within our Acute services as well. Our Acute Digital Multidisciplinary team are now enhancing preparedness for our new Acute Electronic Patient Record, which we are currently procuring. The Digital Delivery Partners will work closely with the senior digital quadrumvirate to lead engagement with directors, corporate senior leaders, service managers and external stakeholder.
Main duties of the job
We work within a integrated care system that shares a digital charter and prides itself on partnership working. The Digital Delivery Partners will ensure complex needs are understood, prioritised, and incorporated into the Trust directorate plans , aligned with digital and clinical strategy. They ensure that progress is communicated throughout the delivery process and the Digital tools are embedded into every day operational and clinical delivery to enhance care across the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring that strategic demands are aligned and communicated to the appropriate IT operations functions and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) and programme KPI's are maintained. The post holder will engage with other Trust department business managers and system administrators to create alignment between clinical and corporate business objectives and their IT delivery plans. Facilitating the delivery of the Trust's Digital Strategy and supporting clinical adoption and engagement in use of digital solutions and services. They will be key to raising the level of digital maturity within divisions and empowering service leads by enhancing their capabilities to think digital first.
The right candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement and a focus on Agile practices and lean methodology to realise maximum benefit of our current and future digital systems.
