Job summary
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our Executive team here at ESHT. We are looking to recruit a Corporate Business Support Worker who will support our Corporate Business Manager with daily administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity which will expose you to some of the Trusts highest level meetings, the role will provide you with the knowledge and skill set to progress onto a more senior administrative role, it will also give you the chance to work alongside our Executive Team and network with other stakeholders within the Trust. You will have the chance to be involved in some of the most exciting up and coming projects and ideas.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking someone with excellent administrative and secretarial sills, excellent written and verbal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels within our large organisation, as well as being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software packages. You should have experience of working as a Business support Officer, Administrator or as a PA at a senior level; be able to prioritise your work and possess a high standard of organisational skills and also have the ability to work on your own initiative.
You may have previously worked as a PA or support to a senior manager, you may be a medical secretary and be familiar with arranging meetings and collating agendas. You may also have had experience supporting or working with a consultant within an administrative setting.
Tasks include printing, diary management, meeting coordination, writing letters or reports, filing, meeting minuting and communicating with the public if needed.
