Here at East Sussex Healthcare Trust (ESHT) we have a large Occupational Therapy service spanning a number of services. The team is recognised and valued as integral to the patient experience.
We currently have an opportunity to join the Intermediate Care Specialist Stroke Occupational Therapy Team who cover Bexhill Irvine Unit and rye Memorial. The post will be based in Bexhill Irvine Unit. The ability to travel between sites and patients' homes is necessary.
Main duties of the job
The post offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within an in-patient Intermediate Care setting with the opportunity to develop Band 6 skills. The post holder will be supported by the wider Intermediate Care Occupational Therapy Team including training, supervision, role development and peer support.
