Matron Surgical Assessment Unit.
This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within our busy Surgical Assessment Unit, where as Matron you will have the chance to lead both clinically and in the ongoing development of the unit.
Main duties of the job
1. Understands roles and responsibilities within teams, and shows respect for the contribution and challenge of others.
