Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare Trust based at Eastbourne Hospital. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own using their own initiative and work as part of a team.
Main duties of the job
You will need to have attention to detail, have patience and compassion toward our patients. Contacting patients verbally to agree/cancel appointments. IT skills will be needed along with good communication both written and verbal. Knowledge of the PAS/Trust systems would be an advantage although training will be given.
