An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-organised and efficient individual. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced busy office environment and provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Anaesthetic clinicians within East Sussex Healthcare Trust.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Anaesthetic clinicians.
Provide cover and manage the CLW rota system when required, for other members of the Anaesthetics Administration team, cross site, and maintain and ensure that there are good working relationships within the team.
To engage with the Anaesthetics Administrator to maintain the smooth running of the Anaesthetics Offices on both sites, making sure that all Trust Guidelines are followed with regards to Health and Safety and Governance policies. To bring any concerns to the attention of the Medical Rota Administrator and in their absence the General Manager.
