Building Services Maintenance Operative Multi skilled

Carry out a range of repairs to the building fabric at Eastbourne District and General Hospital and local sites associated with the Trust

Main duties of the job

We are currently seeking a multi skilled Building maintenance operative. If you have experience in carrying out minor repairs to building fabric in a commercial or Healthcare environment to include Carpentry, door furniture, fixtures and fittings. Replacement of locks both key and code, cutting keys maintaining an inventory and register of keys, then we would like to hear from you.

You will be part of a team of Building services maintenance operatives providing day to day support to the Trust carrying out minor repairs and maintenance for Eastbourne District and General Hospital and other local sites owned by the Trust.

You will Ideally hold a qualification in a relevant trade, however training will be provided for the right person
