  • You will have the opportunity to work in one of our 5 Primary Care Network (PCN) Teams covering Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford.
  • Ideally you will be a car owner / driver; however we also have access to pool and lease cars.

Main duties of the job

What you will be doing

  • A District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) is an essential criteria.
  • Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
  • Managing a caseload with support of the Clinical Lead
  • Line Management and leadership of a team of Registered Nurses & HCAs.
  • Our core service hours are 8am - 10pm, 7 days per week.
