Job summary
We are recruiting a Delivery Manager, who will work as part of a wider team to provide management of multiple projects with the Our Care Connected (OCC) portfolio on behalf of ESHT Digital, in an oversight capacity. The postholder will ensure that projects are delivered on time,to budget and to agreed quality standards.
The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and can be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards or Eastbourne DGH, with opportunities for home working and travel to other sites as required.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will be the point of contact for Our Care Connected (OCC) Project Managers, liaising with them daily. You will also act as a link between colleagues at OCC and ESHT to ensure the right people are engaged to support the delivery of projects, supported by the ESHT Digital Senior Leadership team.
We're looking for someone who can work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and who has experience of managing a portfolio of projects, using PRINCE2 methodology and demonstrating excellent risk management and financial control throughout.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of successfully implementing change across complex organisations, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and professional groups. They will be able to provide vision and direction to ensure projects are delivered to schedule, and demonstrate the ability to analyse and review complex facts and information, developing options to support decision making.
