We have the opportunity for a Nurse to join our Pre Assessment team.
Main duties of the job
Assess patients' health and wellbeing in preparation for elective procedures as both inpatient and day case surgeries
Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs
Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
Develop own knowledge and skills
Promotes best practice in health and safety and security.
Contribute to quality
Promote people's equality, diversity and rights.
