Are you looking for a new challenge working in the community setting?East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust have exciting vacancies now available for NMC Registered Nurses, working on the Integrated Night Service to provide a 24 hour service.
You will be organised and an excellent communicator with the enthusiasm to develop your clinical skills. You will work confidently using your own initiative as a supported lone worker and be committed to the continued development of community services.
Applicants will be expected to work flexibly and to travel/work between sites. New starters will be given robust induction training prior to starting in post and mentorship in practice for the first 6 months of employment.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of Crisis Response, a 24 hour integrated health and social care team, you will provide nursing/health intervention to patients, to prevent unnecessary hospital admission, facilitate early hospital discharge and enable patients to achieve their full health potential within their own home environment. You will work at night jointly with Support Workers, providing interventions to patients across the whole of East Sussex.
