Job summary

Are you a people person?

Resourcing provide all recruitment activity for the Trust. Dealing with multiple enquiries and challenging deadlines you will have the chance to make a difference to our staff by delivering much needed recruitment advice and comprehensive administration. Able to work calmly and with precision you will be responsible for a range of activities such as recruitment advertising, interview management and organising offers and contracts of employment.

The post is part time 30 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months covering a secondment, and the role comprises a split of working from the Chester office and some remote working.

Main duties of the job

This post is ideal for an individual with a strong administrative background who thrives in a team environment. The successful applicant will also have excellent IT skills, along with strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills. Previous experience of NHS Jobs and Trac systems would be advantageous. Full training will be provided.

You will need to demonstrate flexibility, prior experience of working in an administrative environment, and a keenness to participate in a multitude of tasks.

Please note that there is a requirement to travel to Trust sites and attend career events and open days as required. Flexible options of working between 9am - 5pm are available.
