We are looking for someone exceptional to support the development of the Trust recruitment service. The work within Recruitment is fast-paced and can at times be pressured, however, the right candidate will find the role varied and rewarding.
Main duties of the job
You will supervise a Recruitment Advisor, work closely with managers to support and advise on the Trust's recruitment process and monitor campaign timelines and outcomes.
You must be committed to the delivery of first class customer service and excellent standards, have a flexible, collaborative approach, but also be appropriately assertive when you are unable to compromise standards without risk.
If this sounds like you, you have a Certificate in Personnel Practice qualification (or equivalent experience) and you share our Trust values, we hope to receive an application from you.
Predominately the role will involve remote working/hybrid working however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days, as well as travelling to Trust sites, attending career events and open days as required. Some weekend work may be required on the odd occasion to support large scale recruitment events.
