The Involvement, Recovery & Wellness Centre (IRWC) is seeking a a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Lead with appropriate knowledge and leadership skills who has a passion for recovery and quality improvement.The role requires you to champion hope, opportunity, independence, and control by supporting and teaching evidence based self-management strategies to support the people utilising CWP services to live their best lives and reach their own personal potential in all areas of life.
Main duties of the job
The IRWC is a service that is attached and supports a variety of clinical community teams in both secondary and primary care, Cheshire Wide, to offer learning opportunities both in groups and on a one-one basis to adults with a range of mental health and physical difficulties.
People who work with us have a wide range of mental and physical needs and the individuals and their learning programmes are designed to support and empower them to achieve their aspirations and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their community. Therefore, previous experience of working in a recovery setting and of teaching self-management within mental health is an essential requirement for this role.
The IRWC is a recovery-based service whose workforce is made up of both health and lived experience professionals who have personal experience of living and working with mental and or physical illness. They work together to devise and deliver educational training programmes designed to help others on their road to recovery.

- A relevant Social Work, Nursing or Allied Health Professional (e.g. Occupational Therapy) degree level qualification
