Job summary
Do you:
- Have experience of working in a project role or a similar administration role, using MS products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus internet and email;
- Have excellent attention to detail, especially when dealing with data cleansing and data input;
- Possess excellent written and oral skills and can deal with all levels of staff and managers with ease;
- Are well organised, used to working to deadlines and can prioritise tasks;
- Have experience of working in a busy department;
- Are a good team player who is adaptable;
- Are a quick learner.
If so we would love you to join our project team to support the implementation of outcome tools within our mental health services.
This post f fixed term for 12 months due to funding.
Main duties of the job
- You will work closely with the Project Lead, help co-ordinate various project meetings, distribute papers & agendas, take & type minutes & keep accurate logs as the project progresses
- Data input & cleansing within systems as instructed
- You must be committed to the delivery of first class customer service
- You will have experience in a similar project or administration role
- You will have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) in a Business or Administration subject & share our Trust values
- The role will involve remote working however you may be asked to travel to the clinical sites across the Trust.
