Cheshire CYPMH services are developing. We are looking for a quaified Advance Nurse Practitioner to work in our CYP Well-Being Hub ( Cheshire Wide Single Point of Access).
We would like the Advance Nurse Practioner to be a Non medical Presciber.
The post will be a senior staff member giving advanced clinical advice to the Well-Being Hub staff. as well as to referrers.
Consultation skills are a must
CYP Mental Health skills are a must
This is a new post in the Well-Being Hub and will develop with support from Access Lead and senior managers
Main duties of the job
To exercise advanced clinical expertise, levels of judgement, discretion and decision making in the delivery of clinical care.
Provide advanced clinical skills in relation to assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of the client group.
Be responsible for delivering high quality Mental Health Interventions
