Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Clinical Lead, to join the team at Saddlebridge Recovery Centre. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care in a secure setting. The successful candidate will join a team who strive to make a difference in the assessment and treatment of patients. The ward offers a 24-hour service; therefore, the successful candidates must be able to work a full range of 12-hour shifts including night shifts and weekends. In return, not only does CWP offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes an excellent pension scheme, 35 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata) inclusive of bank holidays which rises to 37 days after 5 years and 41 days after 10 years. CWP also offer a competitive salary based upon Agenda for Change which is part of the incremental pay progression.

Service Overview Alderley Unit, a 10 bedded low secure Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disability ward. Staff Team The Alderley unit has a staff team who provide professional support to patients on a 24-hour basis. The Ward Manager over-sees the unit, supported by clinical leads. There are qualified nurses and clinical support workers on shift at all times. An onsite therapy team consisting of Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Assistant Practitioners and Speech and Language Therapy, work alongside unit staff to ensure a person-centred approach to treatment and rehabilitation.
