Main duties of the job
The post holder:-
Will perform agreed plans of patient care to identified groups of children/ young people without direct supervision within the level of competency for the post

To encourage and maintain good relationship with the CCNT, Specialist Children's Hospitals, Hospices, Medical Staff, Community Nurse Specialists and AHP's in order to provide the best care.

- English and Math GCSE grade 9-2 (A*-E) or equivalent or high level of literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated within application
- Competence based level 3 Qualification e.g. NVQ or Diploma in Care or The Care Certificate issued by an employer
