Main duties of the job
Large volumes of Audio typing from digital dictation, photocopying, filing, answering the telephone, scanning. Support Medical Secretary service subject to service needs cross site at HRI/CRH.

- Typing/Word processing/keyboard skills
- Admin/clerical experience

- Recent relevant experience i.e. working in an office environment
- Competent in Word, Excel database systems
- Clinical data inputting
Desirable
- Experience of NHS operating systems such as - EPR PAS Winscribe
- Experience of copy typing & audio typing.

- Accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
