An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join Ward 6 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary
Ward 6 is a 22 Bedded Medical Elderly ward. The successful candidates will demonstrate excellent leadership skills that are required to ensure safe care is delivered in these challenging times. You must be flexible , hard working and an excellent role model
Main duties of the job
This position requires the individual to be organised and able to motivate the team. You must be a good role model and lead by example. You will be required to assist the Ward Manager in the day to day running of the ward and cover for her in her absence. The role will involve sickness monitoring, roster creation, incident reporting and investigating, appraisals of staff.
