Join our dynamic team to ensure our Trust is always ready for any emergency! As an EPRR Manager, you'll develop and implement vital emergency plans, manage risks, and coordinate responses to incidents. Your expertise and role will be crucial in keeping our community safe and resilient.
Main duties of the job
- Support services to conduct business impact assessments

Support the preparation of business continuity plans and supporting arrangements

Develop and deliver business continuity training and exercises

Provide business continuity and resilience related support and advice to Directors, managers, staff and other stakeholders

Monitor NHS, technical, statutory, regulatory and other sources for changes to guidance and standards

Take responsibility for business continuity and resilience related document controls and information security

Take responsibility for progress and assurance reporting and support to audits

Provide written reports and status updates as required

Guide the emergency planning strategy and work programme in order to develop service delivery and response to emergencies, or incidents

Prepare emergency plans and arrangements

Develop and deliver emergency response training and exercises

Develop and maintain external EPRR liaison with partner agencies

Monitor NHS and other sources for changes to guidance and standards

Maintain documentation version control and access on EPRR documents

Provide incident response related support and advice to the Incident Management Team - this may require work outside normal office hours

Monitor and analyse risk information to support incident decision making by Directors and managers
