Main duties of the job
Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, our Talent Pool on Webrecruit keeps you informed about opportunities that match your skills and interests.
As a mental health practitioner in one of our teams you can expect to:
Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team managing a caseload of patients
Undertake assessments of patients, involving theircarersand family members in the patient's care and care plans.
Be responsible for the formulation, execution, and evaluation of care plans for a designated number of patients who may present with significant complexity, in consultation with the patient and the multi-disciplinary team.
Supervise Support Workers and/or students.
Provide advice to other members of the service and agencies on the needs of service users.
