Main duties of the job
This opportunity is forHead of Quality Improvement and the main responsibilities include leading on the delivery and development of the key workstreams within the Quality Improvement Programme:
The post holder will also lead on the development and delivery of Breakthrough Objectives and organisational Strategic Initiatives.
The Head of Quality Improvement will provide improvement expertise to the organisation, supporting the development and delivery of high quality, effective and efficient programmes to drive continuous improvements.
This post is also responsible for a broad portfolio of improvement activities and improvement projects, including creating an organisation wide culture in which all staff view quality improvement as a core part of their role.
The postholder will have a passion and drive for building the culture, conditions, and capability for continuous improvement.
