Main duties of the job
As a Project Manager within the Estates and Facilities Management Directorate, you will:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver short, medium, and long-term projects.

Oversee a diverse project portfolio, ranging from estate development to service improvement and transformation.

Prepare critical project documentation, such as business cases, operational policies, and development plans.

Manage project risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Act as a key liaison with clinical teams to integrate innovative operational practices into healthcare environments.

Provide regular updates and reports to governance committees and project boards.
