We have a great opportunity for a Team Administrator/Receptionist to join our Community Paediatrics Team. The role is based at Upton Hospital, Fir Tree House, with an opportunity for flexible working hours.
We are looking for someone with proven administration experience who will be able to take on administration responsibilities such as manging electronic mail inboxes, making and answering telephone calls with service users, management of referrals, ordering medical and stationery supplies, covering reception and general admin tasks.
You will be joining an excellent team who can only be described as one big happy family, who work very hard to seamlessly support the children, families and supporting services. Main duties of the job
-
To independently provide comprehensive administrative support inclusive of referrals, ECHA requests, booking appointments, internal and external telephone calls, sending out correspondence, filing, updating patient records, discharge, and archiving.

Previous knowledge and experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment.
Experience in secretarial/administrative work, undertaking a full range of administrative duties.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, to be able to work unsupervised and on your own initiative, in addition to being able to manage your own workload.
Intermediate keyboard skills and the ability to use IT packages such as Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel, and experience of using software packages.
Being reliable and having a good sense of humour is a must.
