This is a varied and busy role, and key to making sure that the marketing and communications team can deliver an exceptional service to the organisation.
As an experienced administrator, you will often be the first point of contact into the team and will be able to develop good working relationships with colleagues, external suppliers and stakeholders. You'll also be tech-savvy, using a variety of platforms and content management systems, and be quick to pick up new technology and ways of working.
This is a hybrid post where you will work from home but with travel to our main locations and venues in Berkshire several times a week. You will need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, be super-efficient and have a 'can do', friendly approach. You will have the opportunity to support all aspects of the marketing and communications function and if you enjoy being part of a creative, high performing team, then this could be the role for you!
Main duties of the job

Provide the marketing and communications senior leadership team with a full range of administration support including meeting bookings, diary management, conference bookings, travel, and liaising with external/internal suppliers

Oversee all purchase orders, making sure products/services are produced and delivered on time, to the correct location, are of expected quality and meet all other order requirements

Support the team with corporate events, including liaising with suppliers such as audio-visual companies, presenters, catering, venues etc

- NVQ4 or equivalent qualification in Administration or customer service or equivalent experience
- European Computer Driving License (ECDL) or equivalent qualification or experience
- Willingness to undertake relevant training for the role as required
