Main duties of the job
You are self-motivated, reliable, with a positive can-do attitude. You must be a time served Technical Services Lead with experience working on reactive breakdowns, planned maintenance, minor/project works; and inclusive relevant Authorised Person (AP) duties within a healthcare (or similar) building environment. A genuine multi-trade hard services background is essential, with any previous electrical and gas training/practise an essential for the role. You will play a proactive role within a dynamic and innovative department, delivering key objectives to meet both departmental and Trust requirements.
You will work in our friendly, high performing Estates team across Berkshire, ensuring excellent service at all times. A great communicator, you will enjoy working in collaboration with the Estates Supervisor and colleagues of the Estates team.
Working flexibly, you will benefit from working across multiple sites in Berkshire; and be able to travel independently, whilst transporting any tools and equipment, as required to meet the requirements of the role.
