Job summary

An exciting new opportunity has become available within our community nursing administration team in Wokingham.

This post is to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective and smooth running of our eRostering/staffing system across all our clinical and administration teams, including ensuring that all our shifts have adequate provision on each shift.

You will support the team leaders in ensuring all the rostering of their shifts are safe and fair to all staff and be the first point of contact for all working, guiding all aspects of roster guidelines.

Main duties of the job

You will be the first point of contact for all working in community nursing Wokingham rostering system and answer all calls and emails in a timely, polite, and professional manner.

You will ensure that all requests for shift have been processed through the correct authorisation procedures and undertake regular monitoring of the rosters to ensure visibility of upcoming gaps, acting where necessary.

Liaising with the team leaders and admin lead at the start and end of each weekday, you will use the rostering system to ensure that rosters are created and liaise with NHSP (NHS Professionals) to support request for staff with suitable bank members wherever possible.

Working as part of our administrative team, you will support with the day to day running of the service.
