Due to the promotion of the existing postholder, we are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.
You need to be a strong Employee Relations Case Advisor as you will co-ordinate and support the full range of the employee relations casework within the Mental Health Services Division.
You will provide Human Resources and Case Management advice and support to a range of managers dealing with sickness absence, disciplinary, performance, early resolution and other employee relations issues. All of our cases are logged on trackers so experience and working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate your experience of advising on NHS Terms and Conditions of employment. If you have generalist and employee relations advisory experience within the NHS - this would be a bonus.

Main duties of the job
- You will support the People Business Partnering team in your Division in the provision of a comprehensive professional and high-quality HR service.
- You will work closely with the People Business Partnering team to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective human resource service, which includes employee relations case management, recruitment, workforce planning, health and well-being and absence management.
