Job summary

Are you a talented recruiter looking for a flexible, part-time role? Join our successful talent acquisition team 30 hours a week, working predominately from home.

Talent Acquisition is a small team that sits within our wider candidate attraction team focussed on bringing in a diverse range of talent to the trust through innovative recruitment initiatives. You won't find a friendlier, more supportive team to belong in (okay we might be biased, but we think its true!).

What will you be doing? Managers from across the trust look to our Talent Acquisition Partners to provide recruitment expertise, guidance and support. You'll work with a variety of our services in filling some of their most difficult to recruit to posts. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our Candidate Attraction Manager in crafting engaging social media attraction campaigns - have you checked out our TikTok?!

What will you need? You'll be spinning a lot of plates so the ability to multi-task, prioritise and know when to ask for help are a must. But don't worry, you'll have a huge amount of support, including a comprehensive induction, development plan and the backing of the rest of our experienced team.

(Applicable for also internal secondments)

Main duties of the job

  1. Proactively engaging with managers to determine recruitment needs and how best to address them
  2. Re-writing job ads to attract the best talent in line with employment legislation and corporate guidelines
  3. Sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques including recruitment campaigns and social media advertising
  4. Planning and organise recruitment events - both face-to-face and virtual
  5. Providing an exceptional candidate experience - understanding their work preferences, organising and following up on interviews, providing feedback and offers.
  6. Working effectively with the Recruitment Administration team to ensure a smooth pre-employment process
  7. Maintaining accurate reporting to track success
