Main duties of the job

Our team of Learning Environment Leads is committed to guiding you through every step, ensuring that you not only meet but exceed the necessary placement hours required for a seamless re-registration process.

Through shadowing and supervised clinical work, tailored to your schedule, you'll gain hands-on experience while honing your skills. Our commitment is to provide you with the flexibility you need, allowing you to choose hours, times, and frequency that align with your individual preferences.
As per the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines for clinicians returning to practice, we recognize the importance of updating your knowledge and skills. The requirements are structured as follows:
- 0 to 2 years out of practice: No mandatory updating of skills and knowledge.
- 2 to 5 years out of practice: Engage in 30 days of comprehensive updating.
- 5 or more years out of practice: Dedicate 60 days to a thorough updating process.
