We are currently recruiting Occupational Therapists to join Berkshire Healthcare and have vacancies in both our Children's & Adult teams across a variety of different services and sites offering both band 5 & 6 roles.

As a Trust we are big on staff development and "grow your own" and can offer you a wealth of both inhouse and external development opportunities at all levels.

Our services operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and we are open to those looking for full or part time work. As we are a community trust our roles involve travel between sites so a license and access to vehicle is essential. Our roles can often offer flexible working as well as room for some home working.

Main duties of the job

  • Planning and management of your own caseload and interventions / Undertake clinical sessions and manage caseload as required
  • To function as an autonomous clinician
  • Supporting clients and their families in a range of face to face settings
  • To build relationships with clinical and professional / education colleagues across the health and local authority community
  • Provide guidance and appropriate delegation to therapy assistants in the team
