Job summary

Bluebell Ward in Prospect Park Hospital supports and provides care to adults with a variety of mental health conditions. Based in Reading, located close to the amenities of the town centre and a leafy park, the facility works closely with patients to help them to identify their needs and participate actively in their recovery, providing a place of nurture, where they can find hope and meaningful purpose to their lives. We have created a culture where everyone has a voice and where service users and staff collaborate to make positive change.

Main duties of the job

It's not a problem if you don't have clinical experience. We are keen to help you to build on your skills. We will nurture your talents and support your development into a confident and competent member of our team. What's most important is that you have a passion for caring, a warm personality and the resilience to help us transform our patients' lives. Add to that mix, great communication and people skills and you will have the building blocks to help our team support patients in their recovery with compassionate and considerate care.
