Intelligent Automation (RPA) Transformation Lead, based in Reading, Berkshire
(Internal Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust applicants only)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the progressive Intelligent Automation Team delivering Robotic Process Automation across the Organisation. This role would suit a colleague with a clinical background that is hoping to move into a Digital transformation specialist role.
This is a hybrid working role combining home working and the requirement to travel across the Trust on a regular basis is required to meet with services and other programme meetings as necessary.
You will be supported with an extensive training programme to support your own learning to enhance your current skill set in order to be able to contribute to all aspects of the IA programme with additional focus on change management and Digital transformation across various Services.
The role will contribute to the identification of Automation opportunities, deliver scalability automation and support services to utilise automation by changing their processes as well process mapping to identify recommendations and opportunities.

You daily work willinclude, working alongside others to
- Horizon scanning for opportunities.
- Detailed process mapping of process to enable identification of opportunities for improvement and RPA development.
- responsibility for monitoring the realisation of benefits.
- providing reporting against the projects and presenting detailed reports across the hierarchy within the organisation.
- Support programme socialisation via various communication methods

- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in specialist area.
- Experience of analysing and presenting information to colleagues
- Experience of at least 2 years working in a professional services organisation within a matrix structure
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in developing and utilising a range of skills relating to the transformation.
- Have core capabilities in a range of Behavioural, System Change.
