Health and Wellbeing Trainer
We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Health and Wellbeing Trainer for our Staff Health and Wellbeing Service.
This is an exciting, part time role that requires lots of vision, initiative, and a keen eye for detail, along with exceptional training delivery skills and expertise - as well as an interest in supporting healthcare staff thrive at work.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Matters Consultant Lead, you will take the lead on the planning and delivering training programmes to support the Health and Wellbeing service. You will also develop and sustain a network of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders) and potentially grow new networks.
You will have strong delivery skills and be able to demonstrate experience in planning and implementing training programmes and staff networks. A Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor qualification is essential.

Main duties of the job
About the Job
You will have responsibility for:
- Designing and delivering a suite of training programmes to our people including Mental Health First Aid and ReactMH.
- Work with the team to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and sustain a MHFAider network.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of the courses, network and the outreach generated.
