Job summary
Following a recent restructure and some short term staffing gaps - I am looking for an established HR Business Partner to hit the ground and support one of our clinical divisions and our corporate services with some priority areas of HR/OD support.
You will have a key role in overseeing the HR Advisors in both divisions to ensure the provision of professional and efficient Business Partnering and HR Advisory support to managers within the divisional portfolio as well as leading on complex case work, TUPE and organisational change initiatives a required.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Leadership, Inclusion and Organisational Experience and the People Business Partnering Teams to lead on key programmes of work within the Division.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive operational HR service to managers and staff for a defined division or area(s) of the Trust, enabling them to successfully achieve their business plans and objectives, and to support the delivery of the People Strategy. This includes the provision of specialist HR advice covering the whole range of people management. To be the HR expert within the area you are supporting, and to be a key member of the operational HR team and wider People directorate.
