Executive Business AssistantBand 5, Full Time - 12-month Secondment or Fixed Term Contract, commencing July 2022.
We are looking for an Executive Business Assistant to join the Corporate HQ Administration Team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, show personal initiative, be highly organised and work with a high degree of autonomy.
The Corporate HQ Administration Team is currently working remotely from home due to COVID-19. However, the job is office based and located at Fitzwilliam House, Skimped Hill Lane, Bracknell.
This is a full-time position, and the working pattern is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Full training will be provided both virtually and on a one-to-one basis as required.
Main duties of the job
o You will provide a full suite of executive assistant and administrative/business support to the Deputy Chief Executive and their senior teams. o Provide a confidential, proactive and high quality personal assistant service. o Responsible for preparation of a variety of confidential and complex correspondence, memoranda, briefing notes, presentations (which includes graphics) and reports to an appropriate level.o Monitor, process and prioritise all incoming communication, distributing correspondence for action, drafting responses, process checking and follow through. o Co-ordinate internal and external meetings and maintain the Director(s) electronic calendar, acting in a "gatekeeper" role for internal and external enquiries.o Manage the Director(s) office in their absence, acting on own initiative to establish priorities.o Assist and undertake appropriate duties in the absence of other Directorate Executive Business Assistants.

1. Recent EA/PA and Business Administrative experience2. Proven ability to create effective minutes and agendas for multiple meetings; minute taking skills are essential3. Evidence of being highly detail conscious, forward planning & conscientious4. Excellent understanding of complex diary management, supporting multiple directors/senior managers and multi-tasking
