We here at Bracknell Enhanced Intermediate Care Service (EICS) are looking for an experienced Multi Therapies Assistant to join our fantastic team, on a full time, part time or flexi time basis. We work on a 7-day rota basis with you only working 1 weekend every 6 weeks!
This is a new and exciting role, funded by the Better Care fund, that is being piloted for 17 months, with the potential to become permanent as it demonstrates its effectiveness.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the local community receive the highest quality of care in their own homes, whilst working together to help our patients live as independently as possible.
This fantastic role is based in East Berkshire where theFringe rate of 5% is added to your salary.You will also have the opportunity to work for a trust that is rated'Outstanding'by theCQCand a'Top 100' rated employerbyStonewall Charity.

Main duties of the job
About the Job
Be able to work without supervision but under the direction of a qualified member.
Work flexibly in response to service need across the Therapy Team.
Run community-based Falls Group in a community setting.
To have the ability to use equipment competently and safely once training has been received.
To support Students and ICS Support workers.
To contribute and participate in professional development meetings.
Work base:
Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell RG12 1JD, Berkshire

The "must haves" for you to be considered for this role:
1. NVQ 3 or equivalent
2. Recent relevant clinical experience in the community.
3. Car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites
4. Basic IT skills
